Raised in a home defined by fear and abuse, I learned early that unhealed pain perpetuates itself. My freedom came not through escape, but by embracing vulnerability and rediscovering what love truly means. As I say, “Where love is present, truth emerges.”
This wasn’t just a revelation—it was the catalyst for a movement: from personal healing to leadership grounded in truth, courage, and empathy.
Entrepreneur to Strategic Leader
I launched a creative agency from a $10K investment and grew it to over seven figures in revenue, serving clients like Microsoft, T‑Mobile, and MOD Pizza. My background as a top‑chosen speaker for the University of Washington’s AMA, and roles in TV news production, shaped my expertise in narrative, strategic storytelling, and team leadership.
From Storytelling to Purpose-Led Impact
My book, Everyone Has a Plan Until They Get Punched in the Face, captures this evolution—from strategy and branding to leading with purpose. The Miami Herald describes it as a roadmap for finding authenticity and resilience amid disruption.
As Marketing Executive at Kubota, I led a North American brand rollout, and then global brand strategy—first empowering dealers, operational teams, and internal stakeholders before going public—helping leaders experience what it means to align brand with human experience.
